Solvory is a platform that connects businesses with freelance software developers and provides project management tools. We offer three subscription plans: Free, Startup, and Agency. Each plan has different features and limitations.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content

You are responsible for all content that you upload, post, or transmit through the Services ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant Solvory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your Content on the Services.

4. Project Management Tools

Solvory provides project management tools to help you manage your projects. You are responsible for using these tools in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Mandatory Escrow System

To ensure the financial security of both parties involved in a project, the use of Solvory's escrow system is mandatory for all projects on the platform. Client funds are held securely in escrow until the project is completed and approved by the client, at which point they are released to the freelancer. This protects clients from financial loss in case of project failure or freelancer non-performance and minimizes risk for freelancers by guaranteeing payment upon successful completion of the project.

6. Security

Solvory takes reasonable measures to protect your data and financial information. However, you acknowledge that no security system is perfect and that there is always a risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.

7. Pricing

There are no monthly charges, we only take a percentage of your project budget, so you keep hiring top talents and enjoying Solvory features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLVORY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF SOLVORY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Solvory with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
